WHAT'S NEWS

This week starts the new term of the kids online Fashion Club!

This is a live weekly drawing and fashion class for children in year 4 to year 11. This term we are learning about couture and tailoring. For a free taster session click here, or click to book a class on Tuesdays or Thursdays. If you sign up for a full term you get one class free, or you can pay-as-you-go each week. Every student gets a pack with information and templatesplus a term end certificate!

There are also many group or 1:1 sewing classes on offer at Top Notch but if you are a sewing beginner, the Sewing Machine Drivers License class is the place to start! This class can be done in a small group or a 1:1 session. You will learn the basics of using a sewing machine including winding a bobbin and threading the machine. Please see the separate booking pages for the group class, the adults 1:1 and the kids 1:1 class. The group class is for all-ages, with a maximum of 4 students. Children's sewing classes are suitable from 8yrs upwards.

Every month there is a separate Saturday Sewing club for adults, primary aged children, and teens, with a morning or afternoon class available. Students learn different skills each month and sew something to take home! In April we are sewing a Raglan sleeve T-shirt! Each student gets an individually sized sewing pattern, with fabric included. Projects are usually cut and ready for students to sew.
