Classes must be paid in full at the time of booking. 

 

Admission of anyone to classes on the day of booking is at the discretion of the owner of  Top Notch Sewing Centre. 

No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be admitted, No one with covid or any infectious illness will be admitted, even with a booking.

Some classes may be cancelled if the minimum number of students is not reached. A refund will be given on this occasion to those who have already booked and paid.

​

Occasionally there may be sewing to finish at home if not completed in the class.

​

No part of any pattern or class plan may be reproduced under any circumstance.

​

Any items made at Top Notch Sewing Centre are the property of the student only when they leave the venue. If fabrics for trims shrink or are damaged outside of the venue, this is the responsibility of the student. 

​

It is the students responsibility to check their own fabric for shrinkage or damage before the class.

​

No racism or offensive language or behaviour will be tolerated. The offending person will be asked to leave and will be dealt with if necessary by a third party or police.  

​

Cancellations and Refunds:

No refunds are accepted.

A credit note may be given at the discretion of the owner of  Top Notch Sewing Centre.

If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the booked date, a credit note will be given up to 50% of the booking value.

If a booking is cancelled more than 48 hours before the booked date, a credit note will be given for the full booking value.

 

Any class booked but not attended will not receive any refund or credit note. If the class is rebooked, full payment must be made again.

Covid:

If a booking is cancelled due to Covid within 48 hours of the booked date, a credit note for the full value of the class will be given ONLY if photographic evidence is shown with the test date. This is at the discretion of the owner of  Top Notch Sewing Centre.

Discounts:

If more than one discount is valid for an order, the largest discount will be applied ( not a sum of the discounts)
