Upcoming Sewing Classes for Summer:

* Kids Saturday sewing club on 16 July, 10am or 1:30pm to sew paper-bag waist shorts or skirt. 

* Let's Sew holiday club 28 July or 6 August, 10:30 - 3:30

* Kids sew shorts holiday club 30 July, 10:30 - 3:30

* Kids sew a T-shirt holiday club 13 August, 10:30 - 3:30

* Sewing Machine Drivers Licence adults or kids classes on 12 September.

* Adults 2-day workshop 3 Oct or 9 Oct, 10 -3:30 to sew a Trench Coat

Use of a sewing machine is included in all classes, or bring your own if you prefer.

Saturday sewing classes for adults and children can be booked in advance, so check out the dates and monthly projects here or in "regular sewing classes" in the menu above. Fabric is included plus a pattern to take home. Suitable for confident beginners upwards.

New 2-Day Workshops for adults are open for booking and we are focusing on The Capsule Wardrobe.​​​

Kids/Teens Holiday Sewing Clubs are available during school holidays where children can cut and sew something to take home, plus fabric is included in the cost of £59 . Find out more or book here .

If you would like to learn to sew, the next Sewing Machine Driver's Licence group class with availability is on

12 Sept but the Sewing Licence class can also be done as a one-to-one lesson at time to suit you. In this class you will learn the basics of using a sewing machine. There is a separate class for adults, or children from 8 years old upwards. There are also other classes available for beginners, so click here for all beginners classes or see the top menu.

Pattern and sewing skills classes are also available. See the top menu for info or to book. Group classes have a maximum of  3 - 4 students per class. ​If a class is full please join the waiting list or email me .

You can buy items in person at the Top Notch shop when you attend a class, or email me for a time to visit. Haberdashery includes notchers, tracing wheels, sewing needles, point turners and ironing rulers!​

​Sewing or pattern ​Tutoring can be booked per hour. All classes must be pre-booked. You can see any group class schedule or book classes in each separate class page. Book with a buddy for a discount or email me for a code if booking a 1:1 class for a child.

Classes are held in Orpington BR5 (address given upon booking).
